This is an idea I had after spending a lovely morning on (and off) the phone with Comcast, our internet service provider. Comcast's automated answering service repeatedly hung up on me. After four phone calls and scores of buttons pushed, I tried one more time. On the fifth call, many buttons later, I was told that there would be a three hour hold for their representative. (There must have only been one person for a wait like that.) I never did talk to Comcast...but I did get an idea for a video. And here it is....
